Returns and Exchanges
Our return policy lasts for 14 days from the receipt of your shipment. Beyond this period of time, we are unable to offer you a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return an item, please contact us at with your order number and reason for return. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number and shipping instructions. Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition, for reasons not due to our error, are not eligible for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a 48 hours. Your bank may take up to fourteen days to credit the refund to your account but this is outside of our control and depends on the policies of your financial institution.

Note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your original order qualified for free shipping under certain condition (i.e. free shipping over $25), and the return products would change such condition, we would adjust the refund value accordingly.

Sale/Promotional Items 
Items that are on sale, offered for free, or given as part of a promotional are non-refundable.

To return your product, you should mail your product to us. You will be responsible for shipping costs related to returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
